Refund Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain our class schedule, all Pilates classes and class packages are non-refundable.

Once purchased, individual classes and class packages cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit. This includes missed classes, late cancellations, or changes in personal circumstances.

We kindly encourage clients to review their schedules carefully before purchasing. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, we are happy to offer rescheduling within our cancellation policy timeframe, subject to availability.
